Project Assistants responsibilities: • Assist in development of assessment tools (surveys, FGDs, platform mapping) and pilot testing. • Assist curriculum development and validation for digital agriculture skills. • Assist Training of Trainers (ToT) for facilitators and supervise delivery of youth trainings (1,800 participants). • Assist incubator launch, participant selection, and entrepreneurship trainings. • Assist mentorship and development workshops with experts. • Monitor day by day implementation quality, adherence to timelines, and donor compliance. • Prepare progress reports, document lessons learned, and support knowledge sharing. • Support logistical planning, resource allocation, and staff capacity building. • Ensure adherence to safeguarding and organizational policies.

Good Neighbors Tajikistan (GNT) has been working in Tajikistan since 1998. The objective of GNT is to improve the lives of people, especially children through education, community as well as emergency relief projects. GNT is working with the key stakeholders such as Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labor and migration, Committee of Women Affairs, Local authorities, INGOs UN and donor agencies such as, EU, GIZ, UNICEF, WFP, and others in an integrated approach to connect poor and vulnerable communities to quality education, health, water and sanitation services. Good Neighbors Tajikistan is seeking a dynamic and talented Two Project Assistants (in Dushanbe and Bokhtar) for upcoming project “Enhancing Digital Readiness and Capacity of Youth Farmers” funded by WFP. The Project Assistants will promote enhancing digital readiness and capacity among youth farmers in Bokhtar and Dushanbe, enabling them to access, adopt, and utilize digital agriculture platforms for improved farm management, market access, and climate resilience. Project Assistants responsibilities: • Assist in development of assessment tools (surveys, FGDs, platform mapping) and pilot testing. • Assist curriculum development and validation for digital agriculture skills. • Assist Training of Trainers (ToT) for facilitators and supervise delivery of youth trainings (1,800 participants). • Assist incubator launch, participant selection, and entrepreneurship trainings. • Assist mentorship and development workshops with experts. • Monitor day by day implementation quality, adherence to timelines, and donor compliance. • Prepare progress reports, document lessons learned, and support knowledge sharing. • Support logistical planning, resource allocation, and staff capacity building. • Ensure adherence to safeguarding and organizational policies.

Требования

Qualification and Requirements: • High University Education in ICT/or Agriculture • Proven experience in implementation of projects preferably in digital agriculture, youth entrepreneurship, or rural development. • Strong knowledge of digital tools, platforms, and ICT solutions relevant to agriculture. • Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, training, and capacity building. • Good English and Tajik • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and reporting skills.
