Good Neighbors is an International non-profit humanitarian development NGO founded in Korea in 1991. Good Neighbors International works in 50 countries and focus on community development to protect children’s rights and encourage the self-reliance of community. Good Neighbors exists to make the world a place without hunger, where people live together in harmony. Good Neighbors respects the human rights of the most vulnerable regardless of age, gender, culture, ethnicity, disability and religion and helps them live in self-reliance. Good Neighbors Tajikistan (GNT) has been working in Tajikistan since 1998. The objective of GNT is to improve the lives of people, especially children through education, community as well as emergency relief projects. GNT is working with the key stakeholders such as Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labor and migration, Committee of Women Affairs, Local authorities, INGOs UN and donor agencies such as, EU, GIZ, UNICEF, WFP, and others in an integrated approach to connect poor and vulnerable communities to quality education, health, water and sanitation services. Good Neighbors Tajikistan is currently looking for an experienced System Administrator/Logistic. System Administrator/Logistic monitors and maintains GNT IT systems, focuses on specific computer networks, databases, and a system administration. The incumbent will be responsible for installation, configuration, repairing and maintain information technology systems as well as supports administration team in daily routine. The incumbent participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the organization and ensure that system hardware, operating systems, and software systems are fully operational. High level of confidentiality and personal data protection. Main Responsibilities: • Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, email security, etc. • Reach goals of computer systems by acquiring data, using it to create a number of choices and then recommending the best option. • Study capacity and work load of computer systems to evaluate potential enhancements or expansions. • Provide telephone and email technical support. • Responsible for maintenance and support of security authentication software. • Support staff in any IS issues. • Perform daily system monitoring and backup procedures to ensure data security, availability and integrity of required resources, and proper recording of application logs and reviews. • Install and configure software and hardware. • Manage network servers and technology tools. • Set up accounts and workstations. • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. • Troubleshoot issues and outages. • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls. • Keep track of technical documentation, manuals and IT policies. • Asset management - use equipment tracking system. • Assist Admin Manager in the preparation Annual Asset report, disposition plan and implement disposition process as per requirements of GNT Equipment Policy. • Support Admin Manager in contacting and finding potential suppliers; collect Quotations, review Suppliers’ applications and supporting documentation, prepare Bid Analyzes; • Check hard copies of supporting documents for compliance with local legislation and GNT policy requirements before submission for payment; • Upload payments with supporting documents into the Docswave internal system and follow up with comments on errors, discrepancies, and documents required; • Submit hard copies of approved payment requests with supporting documents the to Finance department;

Qualification required • BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification. • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management. • Knowledge and practicing of network and system management tools. • Knowledge of informational legislations, technologies and processes. • Good in written and spoken in English, Tajik and Russian is preferred. • Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery. • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms. • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude. • Excellent communication skills.
