A Human Resources Clerk will support the HR department in its daily activities, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and providing administrative support. Main Responsibilities: • Compile and update organization personnel records and documentation; • Implement administrative clerking tasks such as creating orders/internal memos, contracts, maintaining employee records and personal files; filing HR documentation processes and etc.; • Assist in recruiting, onboarding and off-boarding and data entries processes; • Manage attendance records, sick and annual leave and other; • Assist in preparation of workshops, team buildings and other events for employees; • Provide other assistance for HR Manager. Job Requirement and Qualification • Knowledge of basic HR functions • Excellent knowledge of confidentiality principles and data protection policy • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Able to manage multiple tasks • Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Proactive, highly motivated and eager to develop new skills • Excellent knowledge of Tajik and English, Russian is an asset. • General Report writing skills
